Getting Started

Here are the instructions to enjoy all the benefits of your subscription. Follow all the steps to get the maximum out of your subscription. If you have any questions with any of the steps please reach out to me via e-mail (support@berlinconnection.io) or the social media channels.

1. Forum - The first step is to download the (free) Slack App and activate it with your invite link that you have received per e-mail after confirmation of your purchase. Please subscribe to Slack with the same email you used to process your order, otherwise we won’t be able to identify your membership.
2. Meet - The online conversation meetings are all held on Zoom. Before you can participate, you need to create a (free) Zoom account and download the Zoom app. Each video call has an individual link. The Iinks are posted weekly in the channels #a2-b1-meet or #b2-c1-meet, depending on the level you subscribed to.
3. Podcast - You can listen to the Berlin Connection Podcast on many different platforms such as Spotify, Google Podcasts, Apple Podcasts on Buzzsprout (https://berlinconnection.buzzsprout.com/). You can access the transcript and vocabulary notes via the Slack channel #podcast.
