1. Can I change my level afterwards?
Sure. Just contact us over Slack or per email and we can reassign you to another group.
2. Can I sign-up at any time of the month?
Yes, sign-ups are continuous.
3. How does the launch-promo work?
During the launch month (18.02.21-15.03.21) anyone signing up will get 50% off the base price. This will be valid for one year. So if you subscribe during the launch-promo for the Monthly plan, you will pay 20€ each month for 12 months, even after we go to the normal prices in mid-March.
4. How do I cancel my subscription?
You should log in into the user area, then select Manage your Subscriptions, click your subscription number, and then there will be a Cancel button. If you have any issues please contact us. If you are cancelling within the 7-day trial period, contact us so we can issue your full refund.
