1. Can I change my level afterwards?
Sure. Just contact us over Slack or per email and we can reassign you to another group. If the tutors decide that your level is not sufficient for the respective level, then we will get in touch to schedule a short 1-on-1 evaluation call with you to assess which level is right for you.
2. Can I sign-up at any time of the month?
Yes, sign-ups are continuous.
3. How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime. You should log in into the user area, then select Manage your Subscriptions, click your subscription number, and then there will be a Cancel button. If you have any issues please contact us.
4. What does the membership include?
When you purchase a Berlin Connection subscription you'll receive access to our member only services, such as Meet, Short Story Club and Podcast. You will be charged following the period and frequency you selected (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly).
5. How does the payment of my subscription work?
The subscription automatically renews if not cancelled. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged according to your selected preferences.
6. How does the 7-Day-Trial Period work?
In order to try the membership we grant new members a 7-Day-Trial Period. If you decide against the membership within the first 7 days, you can simply cancel and send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and you will get a full refund.
7. How do your refunds work?
Refunds are possible within the first 7 days of your membership, which means you have 7 days after signing up for the first time to request a refund. After that period a refund is not possible. The refund policy does not apply to the auto renewal of your membership fee. If you don’t want to continue your membership you need to cancel before the auto renewal. If you have been a member of Berlin Connection in the past and start a new membership, the refund policy of the 7-Day-Trial Period does not apply to you anymore.
